Client Service Agreement
Services Provided
Serene Spaces provides professional home organization, decluttering, and artisanal space planning services. Our goal is to create clinical precision and personal serenity within your residence, facilitating a harmonious environment for high-achieving professionals.
Fees & Payment
Service fees are calculated based on the agreed hourly rate or project package. Invoices are issued upon completion of each session or project milestone. Payment is due by end of session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Access to Property
The client agrees to provide safe and reliable access to the property at the scheduled time. If the organizer is unable to enter the premises within 30 minutes of the start time, the session will be considered cancelled and subject to full charges.
Confidentiality
Serene Spaces operates with the highest level of discretion. All information regarding your home, family, and professional life remains strictly confidential. We do not share client details or address information with any third parties.
Photo Permissions
Detailed 'before' and 'after' photographs are taken for internal documentation and quality control. We will not use any imagery for marketing or social media purposes without your prior written consent and ensuring no identifying details are visible.
Signatures
By engaging Serene Spaces for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Client Service Agreement. We look forward to creating your tranquil and organized home.
